Create-A-World Preschool Registration (2025/2026)
To register your child they must be 3 years old by September 1, 2025. Please complete this form and return the non-refundable application fee of $150(which will cover your child's supplies for the year) either through PayPal.Me/CAWPreschool or mailed to the office 3214 Golf Road, Eau Claire, WI 54701 within one week of registering. You will be notified of acceptance via email once fees are received. Any questions can be answered by contacting the director at createaworldpreschool@gmail.com
