Secondary Online Transfer Request
The transfer request form will open on Monday, January 4, 2021 at 8:00AM and close on January 7th, 2021 at 5:00PM.

• Only ONE response per family is needed.
• Do not submit requests for each child in your family.
• You may use the same tracking number for each sibling.
• Select the grade level your student will be in NEXT school year (2021-2022).
CONFIRMATION EMAIL: During high volume submission times, you may not receive your confirmation email with your number for 6 hours. DO NOT submit additional requests. Submitting multiple requests per family will slow down the process.
• Be sure to check your junk/spam folder in your email inbox.
• Email will be from noreply@pisd.edu
• Email subject is PISD Secondary Tracking Number Request...
If you have not received your email AND have waited 6 hrs, please send an email to student.transfers@pisd.edu or call 469-752-3793 or 469-752-3794.
