12th Annual Give Bonnie Strong 77 5k Registration
What: 5K Walk /Run
When: July 12th, 2026 at 8:00am
Where: In Person - Bulldog Athletic Complex at 26535 W. Molidor Rd, Ingleside, IL.
Cost: In Person - $20/participant ($75/family of up to 5) includes 5K t-shirt
          Virtual- $20/participant includes a car magnet mailed to the address included in the registration
(Children under 10 are FREE)

Check-in starts at 7:00am

For the virtual event, you can use your preferred running app to collect your time. We encourage you to challenge your friends and post on social media by tagging us on Instagram and Facebook.

If you don't want to participate in the 5k run/walk, we welcome donations!
