Aftercare Info:

Days: Monday- Friday

Times: School dismissal- 6:00pm  

School pick ups: Coppin Elementary, Southwark Elementary, Vare-Washington, and Kirkbride Elementary

Cost:      $37/day $63/day for half day pick up* (Please see sliding scale info for BIPOC families below)

2024-25 Program Dates: Monday August 26, 2024 through Thursday June 12, 2025

District Half Day Early Pick ups:  9/27, 11/27, 12/13, 1/30, 1/31, 2/7, 3/7, 3/27, 3/28, 5/9, 6/11, 6/12

NO AFTERCARE on district days off: 9/2, 10/3, 11/5, 11/15, 11/28, 11/29, 12/23-1/3, 1/20, 1/29, 2/17, 3/31, 4/14-4/18, 5/20, 5/26, 6/6

*Aftercare tuition is billed by the 5th of each month Sept 2024-June 2025. Aftercare is billed on a monthly basis based on the number of scheduled days in the month, including early pickups. We do not discount monthly tuition for vacation or sick days as consistent income allows us to fund our program and pay our staff. We kindly ask for a month's notice to cancel enrollment.
