This questionnaire aims to evaluate the interaction of professors and students in some of the Balkans universities during the online teaching following the COVID-19 pandemic situation. We will evaluate the teaching challenges from both actors based on their real-life experiences to distance learning, as well as their innovative and successful approaches to studying, research and adaptation to dynamic situations. Our results will be of great support to Higher Education ensuring the best approaches to distance learning from both students and professors.
