Use this form to apply to "loan" Snowsport Scotland event/timing kit for running your own event.

TERMS OF LOAN:
1. ADMIN CHARGE: ALL organisations are required to pay a booking admin and kit preparation fee of £35 per hire.

2. HIRE CHARGE: Kit hire charges are waived for affiliated member organisations. For all others, hire charges are based upon the items loaned (see below). Hire charges are set at a maximum of £300/event.

3. Equipment is hired on the basis that it is returned on the agreed date in the same condition as it was received. (Cleaned dry and in full working order). If kit is damaged or lost, the hirer must pay for any repair/replacement as necessary. The kit must however still be returned by the agreed return date (as failure to do this will impact other people's ability to use the equipment, and potentially affect other snowsports events). Where kit is not returned at the agreed time, a fine of £100 will apply. Where kit is returned damaged a charge will be levied at the lesser of the repair or replacement cost. Lost or damaged bibs will be charged at £20 each.

4. Where equipment uses batteries, the kit must be returned with a fresh pack of new batteries ready for the next user. Failure to comply will result in a fee of £20 being applied and the hirer will not be offered loan again.

5. Kit hirers are responsible for the collection and return of the equipment to the Snowsport Scotland lock-up at Caledonia House in South Gyle Edinburgh EH12 9DQ. To arrange collection, or if you have any further queries, please email info@snowsportscotland.org
