Please remember no outside furniture is permitted in the apartments.

All beds must have a mattress pad. You will need to purchase this at the store.  If there is a mattress protector (this is plastic) already on your bed, please keep it on there and get a mattress pad to go over it.  You will be assessed a $25 fee if you do not have a mattress pad.
