Thank you for applying to participate in Dark Flame Society’s 2026 DFSCON!

We truly value the feedback we’ve received from our past vendors and authors, and we’re thrilled to share that this year’s event has been restructured and expanded based on your suggestions. DFSCON 2026 will now be a two-day convention, (NOV 6-8, 2026) featuring authors and vendors from around the world, as well as engaging panels, interactive activities, games, and more. You will be able to set up for the convention the Friday before!

As we continue to build a truly magical and inspiring experience, we’ll keep you updated so that you can help promote this extraordinary event alongside us.

If you are interested in attending as a vendor, please complete the form below. We kindly ask for up to six weeks to review all applications, as we are dedicated to curating a diverse and dynamic lineup for our readers. All applicants will be contacted—whether selected or not. Those not chosen in the initial round will be placed on a waiting list in the event that an opening becomes available.

Once selected, you will receive a contract and invoice, both of which must be completed and paid upon receipt. After payment is confirmed, our Head of Vendors will reach out to serve as your point of contact for all event-related needs.

Please note that all payments and registration fees are final. Refunds will not be issued, as these funds directly support event advertising, venue costs, and overall experience enhancements.

Financial Breakdown
To secure your spot, a $100 deposit is required once you’ve been selected. The next payment will be due in January 2026, and the final payment will be due by March 2026.

We’ve structured this payment plan to give everyone plenty of time to plan for this expense—especially around the holidays. Supporting you and ensuring your families are cared for will always remain our top priority.
