Gloria Dei’s Looking Within Center invites you to a full-day retreat:  “Finding Calm In An Anxious World: Practices, Advice, and Self-Care".

We can’t help but notice all the anxiety, anger, angst, and fear in our world right now.  How do we walk through personal and global upheaval?  Can we find the peace of God in all of this?  In a full-day, in person retreat at Gloria Dei, this is a day just for you. You need it, and you deserve it!  Come and find your own calm that you might be calm for others.  Find an oasis for your soul and a launchpad for your spirit as you experience practices, stories, music, reflective stations, and helpful content from multiple presenters that will help you move forward in healthy and transformative ways.
