The FMASBC purchased 2 step and repeats for Varsity Teams to sign out and use. They can be used for a banquet or photo day many have at the start of a season. In order to to reserve the date you need complete this form. **You will be notified within 48 hours if there is availability and this request is approved.

These are in brand new condition and are expected to be returned that way. 
It is your responsibility to let us know via email if there is any issue BEFORE the time your event begins. FMASBCvolunteers@gmail.com
The cost of repair/replacement will be the responsibility of your team if damage occurs.
