2021 Kickapoo MS Boys Basketball Sign-up (REQUIRED)
FORM DUE FEB 4 @ 9:00am - Any boys in grades 6-8 who wish to participate in basketball must complete this form, which includes a self-screen for COVID-19 and an assumption of risk.
Practice Starts FEB 8.
6th Graders - We are hoping to have you at practice each day, but depending on how many 7th & 8th graders sign-up, we will let you know for sure on Friday Feb 5.
