Do you accept terms of RMA service? *
Before requesting RMA service for a device based on embedded software (firmware), you should try to load the latest version of the software into it, as well as try to software and hardware reset the device to factory settings, according to the manufacturer's instructions. Applications are accepted only through the RMA form available on the POLVISION ONLINE website. After sending the form, the Contractor will receive from the POLVISION RMA service employees a unique notification number. The device with the application number assigned to it should be delivered to the POLVISION company address in the packaging marked with the word RMA. Equipment supplied for servicing must be clean, factory reset, and complete enough to minimize the risk of physical damage or contamination of internal electronic components (e.g. cameras must be in the original housing). For safety reasons, it is recommended to provide equipment for service in factory packaging. POLVISION RMA service is not responsible for damage to the equipment resulting from incorrect use or improper protection during transport. Devices delivered to the service along with the warranty card or a copy thereof are repaired first. If a functional fully working device is delivered to the RMA service, a fee is charged adequate to the time spent on diagnostics, reset settings or loading the latest device firmware (the minimum amount is EUR 10 net). Paid RMA service includes devices in which: the warranty period has been exceeded; warranty terms violated; the serial number could not be read; can read the serial number, but it is not in the database of devices sold by POLVISION company, and the Contractor is not able to document the purchase of this device with POLVISION company with the warranty document. Paid services in the amount of up to EUR 80 net will be implemented without consultation with the Contractor. The contractor bears the cost and risk of delivering the device to the RMA service. In the case of a paid service, the devices are returned by courier, and the cost of transport is included in the invoice. In the case of a warranty service, we return repaired or replaced devices by courier at our expense.
