Dear Students, Parents and Caregivers,


Independently of the learning model that your child is receiving instruction this school year (HUUSD Hybrid, HUUSD Full Remote Academy, Homeschool, not yet enrolled in the school system) your child is automatically eligible for FREE Breakfast and Free Lunch daily.

Meals are free on in-person days, and on remote days to all children 18 and under until June, 30th 2021.

Please take advantage of this wonderful benefit, the more meals we serve the better it is for our Food & Nutrition Program, and to our community. More Meals Served really equals More Local Products into our schools! Which equals better nutrition to our students!

Our FREE meals are not only for families in need, and you won't be "taking a way" a meal from someone in need if you decide to get a meal for your child.


VERY IMPORTANT:

1-The form below is only for requesting meals the days your child is not physically in the building.

2- Please don't utilize this form to order meals for when your child is physically at school. You can't be picking up a meal for a child that is at school already receiving free meals.

3- The meals you are requesting in this form will be available for pick up in each location daily at the designated time for each location (please see times below).

4- To request a meal modification due to for example an allergy, parents must follow the procedure in this page. We can't make a meal modification without the right documentation on file https://huusd.org/request-meal-modification

5- Please fill one form for each child in your household.

6- Registration is required for picking up meals.


Procedures:
1- Please fill our google form so we can prepare your meal. If you don't have internet access please call 802-583-8086 to place an order. An order is required for pick up orders.
2- Drive or walk to a pick up site. Children do not need to be present. Let volunteers know who you are picking up a meal for. Children can also pick up their own meals.
4- All meals are prepared by our culinary team in each one of our schools.
5- Please wear a mask and practice social distancing when getting your meals.
6- Please bring your own bags when picking up meals.
