Club 60 Seniors Fitness
This is a traditional fitness class with the active Senior in mind. This class combines cardio movements followed by a resistance workout with light weights. No impact, medium intensity.

DATES: September 10th - November 29th (Tuesdays and Fridays)
TIME: 8:45 - 9:30 AM
COST: $48/12 weeks ( $2 per class)

LOCATION: Antigonish Club 60

If you choose to mail-in payment, please pay by cheque only and make note of your name along with the cheque. Cheques can be mailed to:

3) Drop-box payments:
Accepted in cash or cheque form, drop-box payments can be deposited in the metal slot at the right Main Street entrance of Town Hall. Please put the payment in an envelope marked with the player's name as well as "Recreation".
