All construction work on Stephen Avenue and Barclay Parade requires a permit from Calgary Downtown Association. Applications MUST be submitted a minimum of four weeks prior to the commencement of work.

Please Note CDA does not allow construction on Stephen Ave or Barclay Mall during Stampede.
