Compensation: $50 and students who attend every class will also be entered into a raffle for a $100 Visa Gift Card
Career Connect is a 7-week career exploration and preparation program for students Grades 6th-12th. Attendees will get a jump start on their career planning as they begin, or continue, to explore and sharpen their skills. Through interactive learning activities, students will narrow down future career and college choices as they assess their skills, talents, and interests. Students will build upon their career skills and life skills simultaneously. Life skills include, but are not limited to, communication, decision making, goal setting, etc. Students in Grades 6th - 12th will receive a $50 stipend at the completion of the 7-week program. In order to receive payment you must also give us a scan or copy of your student I.D. and attend graduation. Attendance of an additional volunteer field trip is also required.
