EMP FEST Volunteer Application Form
EMP FEST, an inaugural festival of employment will be taking place during the week of February 5th-9th. Unlike the classic career fair, EMP FEST aims to address the underlying issues of student un-employment by encouraging students to better engage with the ideas of career and employment at any stage of career development.

The festival will be targeting students in three general demographics: those in early, middle and late stages of career development. For those in the early stages EMP FEST will help students decide their career path and explore the multi-faceted aspects of the skills they learn during their degree. For those in the middle stage, EMP FEST will help students better manage workplace expectations and develop the skills that make them more employable. For students in the late stage of career development, EMP FEST hopes to help students build meaningful connections with employers and industry professionals in their desired field.
