Thank you for choosing Rose Sparrow to capture your special life moments. In an effort to make sure our photo session goes smoothly, please provide the following information, read the Terms & Conditions and print a copy for your records.

This is the agreement for a Model Call Session where you are receiving a 60% discount on photography services and packages. The sessions must be scheduled within 3 months of purchase. A client may attend 1 model call per year. Future sessions shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time the order is placed and/or the session is booked.

What type of photo session would you like? The session fee covers the photographer's time, talent and a meeting with us to discuss your goals and session location, 5-10 digital images with full editing and 10 to 30 unedited. Images are available in hard copy for an additional fee. *
