Please complete the following application to be considered for the Calhoun Online Learning Academy. Please note that completing this application notifies Calhoun City Schools of your interest in the COLA program and IS NOT A GUARANTEE that your student will be enrolled in COLA.

Disclaimer:  Please note that all courses offered on the CMS/CHS Campus may not be available online through COLA. Online honors courses are not available for middle school students.
