2019 Sharing the Tradition Hunt

The Mule Deer Foundation (MDF) is pleased again this year to announce its sponsorship of the 2019 Sharing the Tradition Junior Hunts. Junior hunters (ages 12-17) have a chance to win one of five fully guided antlerless deer hunts on the famous 270,000-acre Tejon Ranch. This is a free drawing that is open to all junior hunters with a valid 2019/2020 California junior hunting license and an unfilled deer tag. The normal hunt or access fee will not be charged. Lodging on the ranch is included.

The hunt will be for five junior hunters hunting antlerless deer. This is a free, random drawing and you don’t have to be a MDF member to apply. Entry deadline for this year’s drawing is October 14, 2019.

All hunts will begin on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. and will conclude on Sunday, December 8, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
