D11 Census Sunday!
Who: You! Thank you for volunteering to make sure everyone is counted.

What: We need your help to spread the word through social media or by signing up to canvas the community to encourage everyone to complete their census. Wear comfortable walking shoes and weather appropriate clothing as we will be outdoors. We will supply water, snacks, and training prior to canvassing. *Hand sanitizer, masks, gloves will be provided- masks must be worn at all times and 6ft physical distancing will be adhered to throughout the day.

When: Sunday, September 13th 1pm-4pm (or as long as you can stay)

Where: Owings Mills Branch of the Baltimore County Public Library,
10302 Grand Central Ave, Owings Mills, MD 21117

Why?: The census can shape many different aspects of our community. Each year, the results help determine how more than $675 billion in federal funding is distributed to states and communities. Baltimore County needs each household to complete the Census by Sept. 30th or we risk losing thousands of dollars in critical funding for our community. For each household NOT counted we lose $18,000 that could fund-
Public Safety
Addiction Treatment and Prevention
Job Training
Housing Assistance
Business Loans
Medical Research
Disability Services
Children's Health Insurance
Food and Nutrition Programs
Programs for the Aging
Water and Waste Disposal
