Africa's problem is a leadership problem. The huge unemployment, poverty, disease, wars and corruption point to colossal failure of leadership. To solve this problem we need to develop a new breed of leaders who can lead change, drive innovation and solve Africa's complex problems. Every Summer Accra Business School in partnership with Right to Lead bring together 200 young Africans with an established interest in leadership for a life transforming leadership growth and development programme known as The African Young Leaders Fellowship Programme (AYLFP)AYLFP is intended to inspire a new generation of leaders who can lead change, drive innovations and solve complex problems. Participants must be below 40 years of age and must have appreciable level of education preferably a recent university graduate.
