Member Information, Emergency Contacts & Directory

Welcome to The Mill Muster.

This form helps The Mill maintain accurate member information, an emergency contact list, and an optional member directory.

Your complete submission—including personal, medical, and emergency-contact information—will be kept in a restricted master record accessible only to The Mill’s AO Shared Leadership Team:

Former AOQs: Rooney, Cesar, Bevo, and Robin

Medical and emergency-contact information will be used only in an emergency. The AO SLT will handle communication with your emergency contact; the person reporting an emergency is not expected to contact them directly.

You may separately choose whether to appear in The Mill Muster member directory. The directory is available to members of The Mill. Although we will not intentionally distribute it outside The Mill, you should assume that directory information could be seen by others in the LTX region.

Directory information may never be used for commercial sales, solicitation, recruiting, harassment, or unrelated mass messaging. It may be used only for legitimate F3 fellowship, coordination, and member-support purposes.

You may update your information, leave the directory, or request deletion of your record at any time by using your private edit-response link or contacting Barnacle or the designated AO SLT bookkeeper.
