2020 Swap & Play Registration
The event is open to the public May 2, 2020 from 9:00am to 1:00pm at Gravenhurst Public School. Indoor vendor set-up is May 1, 2020 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, which is MANDATORY for "family" tables, and optional for Not-For-Profit and Business tables. The building will be open to vendors from 8:00am to 9:00am on May 2, 2020. The Swap & Play will open promptly at 9:00am (parents really want to be the first ones in!), so please make sure that you are ready. YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN TABLES and PAYMENT MUST BE ELECTRONICALLY TRANSFERRED BY April 27, 2020, or you risk losing you spot.

Please tell us whether you need access to electrical power or have unique needs in terms of the goods/display gear you'll be bringing. Table allocation is at the discretion of the event management, but we will be as inclusive to the needs of vendors as possible.

Vendor Agreement *
By submitting this form and participating in the Gravenhurst Swap & Play Event you understand that you are the direct seller of any goods and that you are solely responsible for ensuring that they meet current safety standards as outlined on the Government of Canada’s websites for garage sale guidelines (http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/cps-spc/pubs/cons/garage-eng.php) and recalls (http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/cps-spc/advisories-avis/index-eng.php). You also take responsibility for ensuring that your area is free of any items that may cause injury (ie. falling clothing racks) or impede safe passage for shoppers. At no time will the organizer(s) of the event be held liable for anything that you might sell or do.  By digitally signing this agreement you hereby confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and those outlined in the Vendor Contract (included below this form).  Dates of Sales’ Lease Agreement: May 1, 2020 and May 2, 2020.
