A school operates because of many people. We always say it takes a village to raise a child and it really does take a village to educate a child. It is not just their classroom teacher, it is every teacher, every education support member and every individual who is involved with our great school. A key component to this is parent and community involvement. We would love to know if you are interested in helping out at school. There are many different ways that you can help around the school.

If you are working and cannot support our school in this way we also understand this and do not want you to feel pressured to help: everyone’s situation is different. We will collate this list and then approach parents with more information as an event occurs which needs volunteers. All volunteers must have a current Working with Children’s Check, which can be obtained free of charge by lodging an application at the post office. You only need to pay for the photos for the application. Volunteers will need to present this at the office prior to
commencement, and also complete a confidentiality agreement.
