SBYSO Summer Camp Signup Form
SBYSO's first summer camp--featuring Video Game music! It will take place June 13-18 at the Century Center from 10am - 4pm on June 13 - 17 and a 1pm performance on Saturday, June 18 at the Bendix Arena at the Century Center.

Tuition is $200 and includes a box lunch each day, pass to video game arcade at the Century Center, and parking.  SBYSO students who register by April 3 will receive a 10% price break ($180).  Invoices will be emailed after Diane receives this Google form.

Century Center has parking lot but charges $5 for parking each day.  We are trying to anticipate how many camp participants will plan to park and how many will be dropped off and picked up.  What are your transportation plans for camp? *
