These are your instructions (I'll also send them to your email)

- Find a buddy to help you film
- Put on clothes that let me see your body. I recommend leggings and a sports bra.
- Instruct your buddy to film you in a spot with decent light, framing the whole body (head to feet), from the side, the front and the back (3 videos).
- Imagine yourself into a regular day when you aren't thinking about what you are doing and do your movement 5-8 times in a row.
-If your movement is in relation to an object or child include that in your shoot. The closer this is to reality the better info we will get.
- Now repeat for the other views.
