If you would like to complete some or all of your A+ tutoring hours during summer school, please complete the form below. Mrs. Hartman will provide you with any additional paperwork that will be needed prior to summer school.

If you have not completed an A+ Program Application, please see the A+ website and complete this form. All tutors also need to watch the A+ Training Video and complete the A+ Training Verification form prior to tutoring.
