Personalized Name Tags: A Lasting Tribute

Korean adoptees are invited to have their names commemorated on personalized nametags, which will be featured prominently in the outdoor sculpture garden of Omma Poom.

Optional Donation:  Each handmade name tag costs approximately $20 per tag.  Any contributions exceeding the actual costs will directly support Omma Poom. Your generosity is greatly appreciated and will help us continue this meaningful work. 

If you know of any adoptee who has passed away and would like to have a name tag created in their honor, please fill out the form with their year of passing. We will waive the cost for these tags.
