Submission Form for "Community Development in Detroit: 50 Years of Building Neighborhood Power"
CDAD is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. In recognition of the event, we are planning to produce a collection of works on community development in Detroit. Looking back 50 years from the 1967 civil unrest and thinking forward to the future, we need your stories, thoughts and ideas.

We invite those who have knowledge and experience with the community development field in Detroit (past, present or future) to submit written and/or visual works for consideration to be included in the book.

You are welcome to submit more than one piece, however only one will likely be included in the final publication. Not all pieces that are submitted will be included in the publication.

Submission Criteria and Guidelines:

Submission is focused on the past, present or future of community development in Detroit
Approved format - written, prose, photography, drawing
Max 200 words for written submissions
No rough drafts - final edits
No plagiarism - original work only
New work, not previously published
Has to be about community development in Detroit
