This survey is being conducted during the 2019-2020 school year by the Hawai‘i Farm to School Hui and the Hawai‘i 'Ulu Producers Cooperative in conjunction with the development of an 'Ulu Education Toolkit for schools to support learning about 'ulu in school classrooms, campuses, and cafeterias.
