Becoming Advertising Coordinator - i.e. contacting publishers to advertise or sponsor in Star*Line for the Rhysling, Dwarf Stars and Elgin nominations/winners
Join planning committee for our 40th anniversary celebrations (Blog tours, retrospectives, readings, events, etc.)
Join planning committee for Members' Convention or SpecPoCon
Help manage and maintain the SFPA blog "SpecPo"
Supporting the updating of the SFPA bylaws and constitution (especially legal professionals!)
Helping the SFPA qualify for non-profit status (especially legal professionals!)
handling the printing and distribution of the various award plaques and certificates (2nd half of the year - costs reimbursed)
Tallying a VIDA count for our publications
adding former members from pre-digital age directories into the current database (data entry)
moderating the Facebook page and/or the Yahoo Group ListServ
Compiling Archive Table of Contents of Star*Line and other our publications
Scour every issue of a publication (such as F&SF, Asimov's or Strange Horizons) for Rhysling/Dwarf Stars nomination possibilities.
