Havre Public Schools is proud to provide access to electronic information resources for the purpose of learning and instructing. Use of HPS technology resources is guided by the Student Acceptable Use Policy and Internet Safety as defined in the Student Handbook.

All use of our resources implies understanding and agreement to comply with district policies. In addition to policies specified in the Student Handbook, the district BYOD - Student, Teacher, and Parent Guide can be access at (web site address here).

*Please complete all required fields. Use 1 form for each student to document each individual device to be used by the student as part of the BYOD program. This form permits up to 2 devices to be documented.

    Student BYOD Device Information

    How to find your Device MAC Address: Additional information is available on the Internet if you require assistance finding your MAC (Wi-Fi) address.
