    Please be aware that this is an initial application form and does not guarantee use of the facility. The staff will review your information and base approval on calendar availability as well as our church's mandate: "to use our facility as a ministry and blessing to our community." Events are to align with our Facility Usage Policy, which states "Events held in the church building are to be honouring to Christ and should not include any practices that are against the theology of the church."

    A $100 damage/cleaning deposit may be required before start date.
