ASECS Virtual Session Schedule Request
All virtual sessions will be held via Zoom and will be initiated by the ASECS Office. A schedule request for each proposed virtual session is required and should be completed by the panel chair ONLY. Virtual sessions are available Monday - Thursday from 9am to 4:30pm and Friday from 9:30am to 1:30pm. All times are in EST. Early morning and evening sessions are negotiable. There are no sessions on weekends or when the ASECS Office is closed for vacation. Sessions for the Virtual 2020 Annual Meeting must be requested by May 1 and should take place no later than November 30. All sessions held in the Virtual 2020 Annual Meeting format are official ASECS sessions. Any questions, email asecs2020virtual@gmail.com.

NOTE: For security purposes, all presenters and panelists must also register for the session using this form link: https://forms.gle/8jCXio9TZ2LLonVLA. You do not need to be a member of ASECS to attend a session as an audience member but you still need to register.
