I understand that participation in the Beekeeping 101 class at Filbert Street Garden involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bee stings, allergic reactions, slips, falls, and other injuries related to working in an outdoor garden and around live bees.

By agreeing below, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this activity and assume all risks associated with it. I certify that I have no known medical conditions, including severe allergies to bee stings, that would make my participation unsafe, or that I have taken appropriate precautions if such conditions exist.

I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Filbert Street Garden, its organizers, instructors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation in this class.
