The Broadmeadow PTC relies entirely on volunteers to fundraise, plan events, and support programs that enrich our children’s education and build a strong school community. Whether you can give an hour, an afternoon, or more, we’re grateful for your time!

Specific High-Need Roles

Looking to make a specific impact? We are actively recruiting for the following key positions. Let us know if you'd like more details on any of these roles: (Check all that apply)

Technology Coordinator [Timing: Year-round, 1-2 hours/week]: You'll be responsible for updating the Broadmeadow PTC website, keeping our Google email groups up to date, and helping manage the PTC's Google Drive

Canva Specialist [Timing: Year-round, 1-3 hours/week]: Help the PTC create beautiful, eye-catching flyers and digital graphics for our events using Canva

Spiritwear Sales [Timing: One-off event help]: No ongoing commitment! Just help us sell Broadmeadow gear during specific school events as needed

General Volunteer Roles

PTC Committees plan wonderful events throughout the year. Volunteering at these events is a great way to give back with very little time commitment. Which of the following areas are you interested in helping with? (Check all that apply)

Grade-Level Events: Help prep or staff fun events specific to your child's grade

School-Wide Events: Lend a hand at our biggest events of the year (like the Science Fair, Ice Skating Party, or End of Year Picnic).

Outreach Events: Support our donation drives and annual service activities.

Set-Up & Decorating (No Kids Involved!): Assist with event set-up, signage, or decorations

Fundraising Support: Help us connect with sponsors or assist with fundraising initiatives

Teacher & Staff Appreciation: Help us show our educators some love during activities like the Staff Luncheon

Outdoor Enrichment (Seed City): Get your hands dirty helping us replant and maintain the school garden

Media Center: Keep our library organized by reshelving books before school or during your child's media time
