Thank you for joining our Parent Teacher Organization for the 26-27 school year! To become a member, please complete this form and submit your membership dues. Becoming a member does NOT obligate you to attend meetings or volunteer. It DOES give you voting rights – should you want to participate in PTO decision making - AND acts as a fundraiser for the school.

All membership funds collected are put directly back into our school & spent on enhancing school programs for the benefit of all of our children: field trips, assemblies, VAPA opportunities, family events, science camp for our 6th graders, classroom supplies, staff appreciation and so much more!

Membership is suggested at $10/individual or $20/family (if you need hardship assistance, email the PTO at vicepresident@stonelakepto.org).

- You can mail cash/check to Stone Lake PTO at 9673 Lakepoint Dr, Elk Grove, CA 95758, or drop at office, if needed.
