Barnard FLIP Library Access Form
Created in collaboration between the Columbia First-Generation Low-Income Partnership (FLIP) and the Barnard Library, the Barnard FLIP Library is a collection on the fourth floor of the Barnard Library that seeks to provide textbooks and other course materials for low-income and/or first-generation undergraduate students.

This form is for low-income and/or first-generation undergraduate students who want to check out materials in this collection. By providing your UNI in this form, you will be able to check out materials from the Barnard FLIP Library for a semester at a time. Checking out Barnard FLIP Library materials at the Circulation Desk will be just like checking out any other materials.

To protect your privacy, your UNI will only be used to sign you up to a confidential and secure file that updates your circulation permissions. Please note that the questions about your school and class year are optional— we only collect that information for statistical purposes.
