Request for NCNA Letter of Support

North Central Neighborhood Association (NCNA) - House/Building Modification Support Request Form

Purpose: This form is designed for residents of North Central and developers seeking the North Central Neighborhood Association's (NCNA) support for their proposed home or building modifications.

Process:

  1. Submission: Complete and submit this form to provide NCNA with the necessary details for evaluating your request.
  2. Review: Submitting this form does not guarantee NCNA endorsement. NCNA does not have the authority to formally approve or deny your proposed modifications or plan. However, we play a vital role in voicing community perspectives.
  3. Monthly Meeting Involvement: All requests are considered at our either or bi-monthly membership meetings or at an ad hoc monthly Review Committee meeting scheduled as needed. Once your form is submitted, you will be invited to the upcoming meeting and impacted residents will be notified.
  4. Your Participation: To strengthen your request, you are encouraged to bring along any letters of support or verbal confirmations from your immediate neighbors. This demonstrates community consensus and helps in understanding the neighborhood's viewpoint.

Note: The spirit of your request and its alignment with the community's values are crucial in our consideration. We look forward to your active participation and engagement with the NCNA and your neighbors.

Thank you for your time and consideration. The NCNA plays a critical role on behalf of our neighborhood. Ensuring that impacted residents are notified of changes, plans are properly communicated, and any potential issues are addressed before official review helps ensure a fair, speedy, and open process for all parties that respects the neighborhood's values and history while allowing for changes that positively impact the health and well being of our community.

We will review your request and be in touch shortly. If you have any questions in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact NCNA President Stephen Rosenberg: NCNACHS@gmail.com
