The information you share in this form will be used to contact LN Customer Service with a collective bug report, and, if you chose to provide an email, provide you with a standardized bug report to email them.
They probably SHOULDN'T fix everyone's issues from a collective bug report, though they might, lol. There are two goals with this form:
1) Provide them with a neat, tidy, and public record of all of the association issues that remain unfixed
2) Simplify our collective bug reporting so that once they get one bug report translated/understood, they know exactly what all the others are saying.
