Requirements for ALL Volunteers *Attend one Vision Meeting to get information and understand the vision for VBS this year. These are scheduled on April 29th at 4:30, May 14th at 5:30pm, May 24th at 6:30 (for this evening, please park in the lower lot, come in the double doors by the youth area and use the stairs to the back of FH). We are NOT planning a meeting on Sunday before VBS so please choose one of the above meetings.*Background check must be turned in by May 24th*All Crew leader packets and Station Leader materials must be picked up by May 24th at the meeting. *T-shirt orders must be placed by May 24th. All crew/station leaders will receive a shirt if all of the above items are complete and we have a size turned in by May 24th. After May 24th, shirts will cost the volunteer $10. It is important that all volunteers have a shirt this year. We will wear them all week!
