There are some basic skills and knowledge that both you and your students need to have in order to successfully incorporate computer-based technology into instruction. Being familiar with basic start-up steps (turning a computer on and off, opening, using and closing files), using the keyboard, printers, and trouble-shooting simple problems has been identified as critical to learner success.
