The Triathlon University program offers opportunities to socialize with friends, and receive coaching and feedback from USA Triathlon certified coaches and well as college level coaches. Children will also be able to learn about nutrition from our registered dietician.This program is designed for youth aged 7-12 years of age. This program caters to children who were involved in the ODU Triathlon Camp, as well as newcomers interested in multi-sport. We will engage in a broad range of activities including the challenge course, rock wall, learning/improving swimming strokes, bike safety, maintenance and repair, and proper running form.
What will your child do?• Practice swim strokes• Learn bicycle safety• Have professional USA Triathlon Certified and collegiate-level coaching• Learn proper race nutrition (Registered Dietitian on staff)• Make new friends• Learn about health, wellness and nutrition• Participate in the ODU Challenge Course• Climb at the rock wall• Take a spin class
Please bring:• Swim caps and goggles (both will be provided if needed)• Running shoes• Bicycle with helmet (both will be provided if needed)

Those who register after the 25 participant cap will be waitlisted.
