WiML @ NeurIPS 2025 - Visa invitation letter

This form is intended for authors of accepted submissions at the WiML workshop at NeurIPS 2025. If you are starting your visa application process and require a visa invitation letter, please fill out the following forms, and we will send it to you

Please note that you are responsible for obtaining any required travel visas for the United States, Mexico or Denmark.

Only fill out this form if you:
EITHER 1) had an abstract accepted at the WiML 2024 workshop
AND/OR 2) have been on our volunteering list

Deadline: we recommend you fill out this form as soon as you know you need to apply for a visa. This form will **close on October 31, 2025**, since the visa application process typically takes more than a month.

IMPORTANT NOTE: we may not be able to correct errors or generate a second letter. Hence, please double-check your responses. You can update your responses before your letter is generated. Please note that WiML letter generation is not immediate and may take **TWO WEEKS**.

Data usage: we will use the information you submit in this form to generate visa invitation letters. The information you submit in this form will not be shared outside of the WiML organization. Email workshop@wimlworkshop.org if you have any questions.
