The East Range Joint Powers Board has been championing community and economic development since 1984. Securing new housing development has become a challenge and a priority for the East Range as attracting new talent has become increasingly competitive, and there is often not the kind of housing current and future residents are looking for. To better understand our current and future housing needs, the Joint Powers Board is conducting this housing preferences survey for residents of Aurora, Hoyt Lakes, Biwabik, and White Township.

North Shore Development Co. (NSDC) is assisting the Joint Powers Board and participating communities by collecting information about how residents currently live, whether they anticipate changing housing in the future, and what types of housing would best meet their needs. Survey responses are anonymous unless you voluntarily provide contact information at the end of the survey.
