Member volunteers are truly the heart of Cal-ISBOA.
Volunteering is a rewarding way to get engaged in your Association to meet colleagues, deepen your school business knowledge, and enrich your professional experience while giving back to the indy school community and supporting your colleagues. There are many ways to get involved, some with very little time commitment, and others that require more. With every new volunteer, Cal-ISBOA grows more energized, more diverse and inclusive, and better equipped to reach our common goals

Roundtables: Cal-ISBOA currently hosts regular online Roundtables for HR and Facilities topics. We're adding a CFO Roundtable this year. Please let us know if you'd like to be signed up for any of our affinity Member Roundtables. 
Listserv Leaders: Cal-ISBOA hosts a very robust listserv where members post questions and share ideas. This is one of the most valued benefits the association has, and it's important that Members get answers to their questions. Would you be willing to help us monitor the Listserv to assure that Member questions are answered timely?

Benchmarking Survey: One of Cal-ISBOA's most coveted offerings is its Annual Benchmarking Survey. Would you be interested in helping with the survey in the future? 
Onsite Volunteers: Cal-ISBOA hosts several in-person Member events throughout the year. Staff often relies on Members to assist with various tasks onsite to assure a smooth Member experience. Would you be interested in helping at an event? 
Mentor Program: Cal-ISBOA hosts a Mentor Program that pairs members and provides ongoing support. Please let us know if you're interested in participating in the Mentor Program and indicate your areas of focus. You can elect to both have a mentor and be a mentor.

Regional Group Liaisons: Cal-ISBOA divides the state into small regions to facilitate smaller local groups. Members all across the state volunteer to be liaisons in their local area to welcome new Members and provide a point of connection for Members in their area, virtually and in person. Please let us know if you would be interested in supporting fellow Members in this way.
