Please complete this form so that we may provide the benefits you will receive based on your donation value (if applicable) in an efficient and timely manner, and so we can ensure that all of your information correct.  Your support ensures our ability to bring excellence in cinema to Annapolis and all of the MidAtlantic region.

Disclosure & Terms
Individual Donors 
AFF will provide Donors with the benefits listed for each Donor Level. All on-screen and print Donor listings will use the Donor Name provided above.

Festival Pass Delivery
AFF will provide Festival Passes and accompanying materials for All Access Levels (if applicable) prior to Opening Night. All other passes will be available for pick up beginning Monday April 1 at 12pm at Will Call, Ticket Central, Maryland Hall, 801 Chase Street, Annapolis. The donor understands that passes are complimentary, but minimal service charges may apply per screening.

ALL PASS HOLDERS MUST RESERVE SEATS FOR OPENING NIGHT, Thursday, April 4, 2024. All Access pass holders will receive priority line access and General Admission seating. Seating for all other pass holders is General Admission, with seating on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Relationship
This agreement represents the only relationship between AFF and Donor and there is no other relationship between the parties, expressed, implied, or otherwise.

Pass Value
Annapolis Film Festival, Inc. (AFF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, EIN #36-4730103. Donations in excess of the value of goods or services provided by AFF are tax-deductible to the extent provided by applicable law. AFF's good faith estimate of the value of festival passes is as follows: General Pass, $195; Premium $350; All Access Pass, $2,500 (4). OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
AFF is making every effort to make our 12th Film Festival an engaging live event. Tickets and pass purchases are non-refundable. If the Festival is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, all pass and ticket purchases will be applied to cover expenses incurred. We appreciate your continued sponsorship and support of AFF.
