My favorite IAM swim set
Members that have been with IAM for a while are probably aware of some infamous swim sets that appear occasionally such as the Quigley 50's, Fartlek, or Swim Golf sets. Maybe there's a set you recently swam in practice you enjoyed or a set that really made you feel accomplished. We want to know your favorites to be included in upcoming workouts!
