ATL Turkey Bowl Registration Form

AFDC Juniors, along with Ultimate Peace, is thrilled to announce the ATL Turkey Bowl, a new 4v4 Mini Hat Tournament here in Atlanta.

What:  4v4 Mini Hat Tournament. 2:2 Gender Ratio with Mixed / Co-ed Play. Middle School, High School, and College/Adult Divisions

There will also be an accompanying skills clinic for all youth players in between the middle school and high school divisions.

Who: Middle School, High School, and College/Adult Players are invited to play! We’re particularly interested in more girls players to ensure a true 2:2 gender ratio for play.

When: Saturday November 29th. Projected Tournament Game Times below (subject to change)

  • Middle School: 9:00am-11:00am
  • Youth Skills Clinic: 11:15am-12:15pm:
  • High School: 12:30pm-2:30pm
  • College/Adult: 3:00pm-5:00pm

Where: We are partnering with Woodward Academy to host this event. The exact field location on Woodward Campus is TBD.

Why:
– Middle Schoolers have an opportunity to play following the fall middle school season!
– High Schoolers can use the tournament as a tune up in preparation for the high school spring season.
– College/Adult Players can use this as a playing opportunity to play with new or old friends, perhaps with those who are home for the weekend.
– Everyone has an opportunity to play mixed, co-ed ultimate with different players!
– And Ultimate Peace will help bring the positive energy and vibes!

Cost:
Girls/Women Matching Players ($20)*
Boys/Men Matching Players ($30)*

*If cost is a financial burden to you, please inquire about a fee waiver. We don’t want anyone not playing due to cost.

Additional Notes:

  • Hesitant to join a tournament where you don’t know anyone on your team? Players have the option “pair” with a friend (or respected opponent!) to guarantee you’ll be placed on the same team for the tournament.
  • If you bring a (new) youth girl/woman matching player to the tournament, both of you will receive a free prize (swag or disc)! All girl/woman matching players will receive a free disc or swag item!
